Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by TEBCO (“TEBCO”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 5:00 AEST on 29/05/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30/06/2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, immediate family members, and associated agencies of TEBCO are not eligible to enter unless otherwise approved by TEBCO.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Must be a TEBCO customer who has purchased a bike/trike, your video must feature your TEBCO Bicycle or Tricycle.
• Create and publish an original video on Instagram and/or Facebook.
• Tag TEBCO’s official social media account.
• Include the hashtag #TEBCOCOMP; and
• Tag two (2) people in the comments (friends or family).

Entries must remain publicly viewable until the winner is announced. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is original and substantially different.

5. Nature of Promotion

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry will be individually judged on its creative merit.

6. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by TEBCO representatives based on:

• Creativity and originality.
• Authenticity.
• Video quality and presentation.
• Brand alignment
• How effectively the entry captures the enjoyment, lifestyle, and possibilities associated with TEBCO products and riding culture.
• The number of likes, shares, and comments on posts.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Details

The winner will receive: TEBCO Discovery Alba – valued at $2,499.

Total prize pool value: $2,499

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond TEBCO’s control, TEBCO reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable State and Territory regulations.

8. Winner Determination & Notification

Judging will take place at 17/109 Tulip Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192 on 07/07/2026. The winner will be notified within 7 days of judging via direct message, comment, email, or phone using the details associated with the entry. Winner names may be published on TEBCO social media pages and/or website for a minimum period as required by applicable Australian laws.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, TEBCO reserves the right to award the prize to the next best valid entry, subject to any written directions required by State or Territory regulators.

10. Entry Requirements

Entries must:

• Be the original work of the entrant.
• Not contain material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or inappropriate.
• Not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Always depict safe and lawful riding behaviour.
• Show riders wearing helmets and complying with applicable road rules where relevant.

TEBCO reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise deemed unsuitable.

11. Intellectual Property & Licence

Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content. However, by entering this promotion, entrants grant TEBCO a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, communicate, distribute, and display the entry in any media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants warrant they have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in the content.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEBCO excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with the promotion or prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Technical Issues

TEBCO is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or unavailable entries due to technical disruptions, network failures, or platform issues.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and TEBCO’s privacy policy. Information may be used for the administration of the promotion and for marketing purposes where consent has been provided.

15. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform used in connection with the promotion. By entering, entrants completely release those platforms from any liability relating to the promotion.

16. Permits & Regulatory Compliance

As this promotion is a game of skill, permits are generally not required in most Australian jurisdictions. TEBCO reserves the right to obtain permits or modify the promotion where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
