RETURNS POLICY

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We offer a full refund or exchange on any items that are incorrect (wrong item received), not as described, defective, or have been damaged during shipping. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange on items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect use or general wear. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition we will refund or exchange the full purchase price.


CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we highly recommend that you test ride our TEBCO electric bicycles and tricycles at an authorised TEBCO dealer before purchasing. Since our bicycles require professional assembly and set-up in addition to the significant freight costs of shipping them, we do not typically offer a refund or exchange in the event of a buyer’s change of mind. Individual TEBCO dealers may choose to offer a refund or exchange in such cases at their sole discretion.


WARRANTY

All TEBCO electric bicycles and tricycles come with a 12 month warranty that covers any defects that may occur in regards to the frame and all components including the battery. Unfortunately the warranty does not cover components that have been damaged as a result of incorrect use or general wear.
