SHIPPING FOR BICYCLES
PLEASE NOTE THAT BICYCLES PURCHASED ONLINE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER’S ADDRESS. All TEBCO electric bicycles initially require professional set-up and fitting, so we’ll send it to an authorised TEBCO dealer for assembly and pick up.
At checkout, you can leave a note to request your favourite local professional bicycle retailer to receive, assemble and fully adjust your bicycle before you take possession. Alternatively, TEBCO can help you to locate your closest bike retailer. We’ll contact you before sending to confirm you are happy with the chosen retailer.
TRICYCLE PURCHASES
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR TEBCO ELECTRIC TRICYCLES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN-STORE. THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE.
Whilst we could all ride a 3-wheel tricycle when we were 5 years old – later in life it can actually prove quite difficult switching from 2 wheels to 3. So, in the interest of our customers’ safety and satisfaction, TEBCO will only sell a 3-wheeled Electric Tricycle after a customer has taken a test ride to ensure they are comfortable.
